To give you dual protection - financial and contractual - for your vehicle transaction, CashSentinel has partnered with Allianz (Protexia France SA), a legal protection insurance company. The process is confidential and out of court. Its purpose is to allow parties acting in good faith to reach an amicable settlement of the dispute.
Seller
The seller is covered for disputes relating to the sales contract and the handover of the vehicle.
Buyer
The buyer receives the same support in the event of a disagreement after the transaction.

A legal adviser at your disposal
Allianz provides a legal adviser up to a limit of €1,700 incl. VAT.
Mediation and experts
Protekta provides a mediator and its experts for up to 3 hours per case.
Cover period
3 months for a vehicle, 6 months for a boat, from the date of the transaction.
